Diabetes logbook for recording and tracking blood-glucose levels, blood pressure, carbohydrate intake, and medication. The app can function stand-alone, or synchronise data with the developer’s PC version, ‘SDiary Online’, which can download readings from the users’ blood-glucose meter, blood-pressure meter, insulin pump, or pedometer. The user can manually input via a numeric keypad, from which the data is then arranged into a diary format, and can be tracked in the ‘Statistics’ tab. This tab allows the user to review data (including A1c levels) in line graphs, modal day, or pie charts. Trend analysis can display specified time periods of days, weeks, and months. Blood-glucose values can be entered in mg/dL or mmol/L; body weight can be entered in kg or lbs; and carbohydrates can be entered in grams or other units. Languages can be selected via the phone’s settings.
