Summary

This app allows people of all fitness levels and pelvic floor function to undertake pelvic floor safe workouts. 
The customised workouts in this app are designed to enable a full fitness workout, while protecting weaker pelvic floor muscles. 
The app also teaches ways to exercise pelvic floor muscles to maintain or improve bladder control.
People can use the app to:

  • Choose customised exercise programmes of varying intensity, depending on the person’s pelvic floor function
  • Practise a wide range of exercises, supported by instructional pictures, videos and audio
  • Save their favourite exercises
  • Select music to exercise to
  • Share safe pelvic floor exercises with others through social media.
The app is based on the patient group Continence Foundation of Australia’s Pelvic Floor First website pelvicfloorfirst.org.au.
