. Choose empowering alternative insights that align with their goals and values.
The Insight Reminders part of the app:
. Reminds the user of their chosen insights at regular intervals.
The Insight Alerts part of the app enables users to:
. Identify specific contexts and places that often trigger responses that they would like to change, for example anxiety when shopping
. Pin specific insights to these locations, to receive chosen insights where and when the user needs them.
The audio insights part of the app enables users to:
. Listen to their selected insights, either in the form of relaxing meditation, or on the move.
Users can also choose to share their insight with others.

Users choose a theme they want to explore such as ‘perfectionism’ and 'comparing myself to others' and scroll through a list of associated symptoms and unhelpful beliefs. They can read or listen to short insights that challenge those beliefs.
The app allows users to share an insight with others, set up reminders to read or listen to it at a certain time of the day, and set up trigger alerts where the insight pops up on screen when the user goes to certain locations.”
