Health-management app for people who are patients at a Mayo Clinic in the USA. Allows the user to request an appointment, or a change/re-scheduling to an appointment, and avoid being placed on ‘hold’ by being contacted later with a confirmation. The user’s own medical professionals can also be contacted (securely) through the app. Laboratory-, pathology-, and radiology-test results can be viewed as soon as the user’s doctor sees them. The user’s personal health record can be accessed from the app. The health details of the user's family can be managed from the app if they are Mayo Clinic patients.
