Information
Summary
Syncs with a purchasable UP or UP24 wristband to track the activity, diet, and sleep of a person wearing the band. Tracking movement: tracks steps taken, logs workouts, and produces reports on activity levels. Tracking food: logs food and drink, tracks nutritional information, counts calories, identifies frequently-eaten foodstuffs or meals, and a ‘food score’ allows the user to consider the healthiness of food eaten. Tracks sleep patterns, and suggests ways to improve sleep. Alarms and reminders can be set to wake the user up. Creates potential goals. Allows family and friends to participate in competitive activities. Connects to other health/fitness apps.
