Members can share experiences, express themselves in images by making a ‘brick’ in the wall, and access a range of guided group support courses on topics including managing anxiety and depression, positive thinking and problem solving. There is also a range of self-administered clinical tests, guides and tips to improve wellbeing, including articles on self-esteem, sleep, relationships and many more. Trained counsellors (called Wall Guides) are online at all times to moderate the service and provide additional support. According to BWW 95% of members feel better after using Big White Wall, and 73% share an issue for the first time.
