Tool to help patients manage chronic pain or sports injuries. Allows the user to track medications, side effects, symptoms of pain, and triggers. After the journal has been kept for sometime, the app will estimate the cause of the pain, and consider the efficacy of treatment/medication options. Provides an automatic natural-language summary of the patient history, with analytic charts designed to fit into the decision-making workflow of pain specialists (making personalised treatment options easier for doctors to create). Data can be shared with a doctor securely via the Internet.
